WALLACE ANG

Wallace Ang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies. He was talent spotted when he was a student to take part in the Singapore Model Awards, where he emerged as the Runner-up. This led to appearances in numerous television commercials and print advertisements, as well as runway shows for brands like Adidas and Hugo Boss.

Wallace soon caught the eye of producers and directors and landed roles in both stage plays and television drama series, including a lead role in a China production, putting his superb bilingual skills (English and Mandarin) to the optimum test. In 2006, Wallace started preparations for his debut mandarin album. Titled "Roles", the album consists of 10 songs which he wrote and composed. It was released in February 2008. With his passion in singing and composing, Wallace released his second album in 2015, which consists of 8 songs written and composed entirely by Wallace himself.

Besides singing, Wallace also excels in radio hosting. He was a full-time radio presenter in Mandarin for MediaCorp’s Love 97.2FM – the number 1 Chinese-language radio station in Singapore. From the runway to TV to radio and to the big stage, Wallace has traversed diverse media platforms and domains to entertain audiences.

The bilingual multi-talented and multi-faceted DJ enjoys expressing himself through sketching, writing, singing, dancing, acting and above all, speaking to you.  Wallace recently starred in Mediacorp Ch 5 Tanglin as Wayne and also in Missing as Peter Tan.
